Campus-Community Alliances for Smoke-Free Environments is working to keep smoking out of workplaces and schools in Missouri. Researchers with this group are from Missouri colleges and universities. The site has an excellent blog, list of alliance partners, member toolkit (user name and password needed), a media page, testimonials and more. It also includes a section where surfers can submit questions, with an archive of previous submissions. It also has an excellent list of facts on secondhand smoke. These items could be used in campaigns or for questions during outreaches. Links are an excellent way to reach techno-savvy youth, who tend to surf for information, rather than read hardcopy.
Program manager Angela Wilson wants to hear your success stories in tobacco control.
