UK entertainer Nick Dutch wrote some interesting things about using an electronic cigarette to kick the habit in a post at ecademy.
I have had a few strange dreams, similar to those reported by people who use patches, but during this first months I have opted to be on a high dose of nicotine to make sure that I do keep the tobacco cravings at bay. I will go down a few milligram per milliliter next month and the dream aspect should diminish.

It seems as though the cravings are different this time. I am craving the "texture" of real cigarette smoke, the tar and burning, the way that real smoke lines the mouth and basically the "smokiness" of real smoke, not necessarily the drug. So the nature of the craving is very different to what is was when I was using the patches and gum.
