Smoking Hookah is OK - in Moderation

It never ceases to amaze me how much misinformation is posted online about hookahs.

These incredibly toxic smoking vehicles are insanely popular with college students because they look cool and are smoked in cool, relaxing shops where they can socialize. Hookahs - like cigarettes - provide a niche of friends and socialization these students would not get otherwise.

They WANT hookahs to be OK as an excuse to use them, so when they go online, sometimes students find information like this:

 
Hookah isn't good anytime - even in moderation, as the person above suggestions. If you have high school or college students in your area, be sure to emphasize the dangers of hookah while offering alternative solutions to hookah socializing - and ways to avoid peer pressure to join the hookah craze.
