A new seminar can help.
The American Nonsmokers’ Rights Foundation, the Missouri Foundation for Health and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services will offer a free seminar, Smokefree Indoor Air Policy & Grassroots Training on Wednesday, Nov. 18. Here are the details:

- Mock City Council Exercise
