Despite lawsuits filed by Big Tobacco, the Food and Drug Administration continues to plow forward with reforms to tobacco products and sales, according to Reuters.
Most cigarette makers were opposed to FDA rule over tobacco products, some even filing lawsuits stating it was a violation of free speech. Philip Morris is the only one that isn't suing the government - and that showed support for the law before approved.
