Ohio Lawmakers Look to Weaken Clean Air Act

Two years ago, Ohio voters overwhelmingly approved a clean air act to make breathing easier in public places. But the tobacco lobby can't stand it. So they are stepping up efforts to get exemptions. Lawmakers are falling in line with the lobby.

The Toledo Blade offers an excellent editorial on the issue.
