Just how many new products can Big Tobacco cram into 21 months? We shall see if a bill that puts tobacco makers under the Food and Drug Administration's watchful eye is approved. The bills would give companies like Philip Morris USA nearly two years to introduce as many products as they want - without needing FDA approval. Houses members approved the bill in July. It nows needs a majority vote in the Senate.
